The Flatbed Cart Spirit Four Generations of Commercial Faith
The Brand Story of Zhuancheng Technology
Prologue: It All Started with a Flatbed Cart
In the early 1940s, on the dirt roads of rural Huai’an, a squeaky flatbed cart set off every day before dawn. Loaded on the cart were homegrown grain, eggs from the neighboring village, and daily goods from the town market. The person pushing the cart was my grandfather. He never went to business school. He didn’t understand “supply chain management” or “business models.” But he understood one thing: “Shortchange the scale by one gram, and your conscience will ache for a year.”

First Generation: Integrity on the Flatbed Cart
Grandfather’s flatbed cart traveled from village to village. In a dirt road, his value is only an shouching — his relied on reputation .
Someone once asked him: “Why give a little less, who would notice?” He replied: “Whether others notice is their business. Whether I can live with my conscience is mine.”
Thus, grandfather’s core belief became the tone: Doing business with him — you could rest easy.

Second Generation: Pragmatism in the Workshop
The next generation took over the flatbed cart, but times had changed. My father refused the cart business and started a small workshop.
He believed survival required a real himself. No equipment? He worked manually. No customers? He visited door to door.
His ideal has never “to get” the many — but he practiced it, because it was pragmatic enough.

Third Generation: Courage in Reform
By the time our generation came along, our vision was no longer limited to Huaian. The younger generation sensed keenly: Opportunities are not in the village — they are in larger markets.
Every leap required the courage to step out of one’s comfort zone. Adapting to the trend does not mean waiting for the wind — it means walking into the wind.
Thus, the business expanded from simple agricultural trade into industrial goods.

Fourth Generation: Zhuancheng in the Global Era
In 2016, we formally established Huaian Zhuancheng Technology Co., Ltd.
- Zhuan: Specialization and professional depth.
- Cheng: Sincerity and commercial contract spirit.
Our products have changed, our market has changed, and our tools have changed. But some things have never changed.

The Unchanged DNA: Core Spirit Across Four Generations
If we must summarize the common commercial faith of our four generations in four words:
Running through all of this are two words: Zhuan and Cheng.
Cheng (Sincerity): Wherever you deal with, treat trust as the hardest currency
Today: A New Chapter of the Flatbed Cart Spirit
Today, Zhuancheng Technology exports high-quality chemical raw materials to over 30 countries worldwide.
Our customers are in Brazil, Turkey, Vietnam, Poland. They don’t know the story of the flatbed cart. They never met my grandfather. But they trust us because:
Every batch we supply comes with a traceable COA (Certificate of Analysis)
Every delivery date we promise is met on time
Every contract we sign stands firm through any market volatility
This is not an innovation of modern management. This is an upgrade of the flatbed cart spirit.
Grandfather’s flatbed cart carried grain.
containers carry cyclohexanone, acetates, polyols.
But essentially, they both carry the same thing: Trust.

Conclusion: The Essence of Business Has Never Changed
Times change. Technology changes. Markets change. But the essence of business has never changed:Trust is the foundation of every transaction
Focus is the root of every capability
Long-termism is the true shortcut
