A Family Letter, a Lifetime of Trust
We are a young company in name, but we carry a very old promise. That promise began with my grandfather, Hu Xi Ao. He never went to school. He could not read or write. At age fourteen, he began pulling a wooden cart to trade grain between villages and the county town.
He worked before dawn and returned after dusk. In winter, he waded into icy rivers to catch fish for his children’s school fees; in autumn, he dragged heavy lotus roots through deep sand, step by step, to sell at the market.
